Can you please explain the "B" drill?

B Drills Description

The "B" Drill begins with the high knee lift with foreleg extension (single or alternate legs) done in marching, skipping or running forms. Stress same technique as in A's.

B's
B march (1 or 2 legs)
B skip (1 or 2 legs)
B sprint (1 or 2 legs)
Combination of A's B's
A+B march (use both legs)
A+B (use both legs)
A+B (use both legs)
