I am a 400 and 200 runner and the season has about 4 weeks until State. What is the best way to improve my times in that short of time? Due to injury, my times right now are about a 56 and a 25. I would like to get them down to a 51 and a 23. Is it possible?

Continue with the training you have been doing and don't do anything different. Focus on the technique of running out of the blocks.

Also, if you improve your time in the 100 and 200, your 400 meter time will drop. Therefore, concentrate on the 100 meter race.
