indoor 400 race model

I have run outdoor track for a while but now that i am in college and no longer playing basketball during the winter sports season I'm running indoor for the first time i have seen race models for the 400 but they only seem to be for outdoor the one i use for outdoor is 95% for the first turn then 85% down the back straight then 95%around the bottom turn and then whatever i have left coming down the home straight and this works very well for me, does anyone know of a model for running the 400 on a 160 and/or 200m track
