I am starting my sophomore year of college track and this year my coach has made me a captain which therefore puts me in charge of captains practices which will start the first week in October. Since my coach cannot actually work with us yet he cannot give me any actual workouts that he would like done. So what I am asking for is a basic lifting and running program for runners from 800m down to 55m (all the distance runners are running xc) that will just build everyone up a very strong base and get everyone ready for practice when it starts in mid November. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You
