What are some suggested pre meet and post meet work out for one meet a week and two meet a week schedules.

Pre meet, the day before meet, do all you warm up things, drills etc. after that for sprinters, work blocks, both straightaway for the 100 and curves for the 200, 400 and leadoff runners, 4x1, 4x2 and 4x4 relays, handoffs. Triple and long jumpers, can do some run thru's and a few pop ups. Finish off by doing your cool down run and stretch.

Post meet next day if there is practice, do an easy run or shakedown run. Again do you warm up things, drills etc. 3-5 minutes easy jog, 5 minute recovery and then 2-3 minute easy jog, cool down stretch and call it at day. If the meet is on Saturday and there is no practice, just have them stretch at home. You do this regardless if there is 1 meet that week or 2 meets, try to be consistent with your pre and post meet work.
