What should a sprinters schedule look like if they have a big meet on Saturday?
She a sprinter; I know you are not supposed to do speed work within 48 hours of each other. What kind of rest should she have and such. It is a grade school state meet.

SRINTS

Monday: Warm up; speed work

Tuesday: Starts and Relays

Wednesday: Speed work

Thursday: Starts and Relays

Friday: Rest

Saturday: Competition

400 METER

Monday: Speed work

Tuesday: Speed work; drills

Wednesday: Speed work; drills

Thursday: Speed work; drills

Friday: Rest

Saturday: Competition
