Aerobic: 40%
Anaerobic Glycolytic: 55%
Anaerobic Alactic: 5%
Event: 1500-1600 meters
Aerobic: 50%
Anaerobic Glycolytic: 48%
Anaerobic Alactic: 2%
Event: 3000-3200 meters
Aerobic: 70%
Anaerobic Glycolytic: 30%
Anaerobic Alactic: 1%
