I am a high school going-on-junior year track and cross country runner. In the past, ive composed my own training plans using random bits of info. Over the years, the increasing knowledge has shown by my margins of improvement. Now im looking to train as specifically as possible. i would greatly appreciate the heads up as to what i should not overlook, exclude and such. im looking to train for a 6 month cycle which will come after two (active rest) weeks from now. thank U :D

Go to the Running button there are many articles to choose. All the coaches that have written articles have been to the state meet and coached national level runners. Here is the link to the running button: http://www.coacheseducation.com/xc.htm
