20 – 60m are 20 to 60 meters; choose a distance to sprint: 1x20, 1x30, 1x40, 1x50, 1x60

3 reps are 3 repetitions: 1x20, 1x30, 1x40

80 – 120m total per set is 1x20, 1x30, 1x40 in one set. Add 20, 30, 40 meters equals 90 meters total distance per set.
In another set you can run 2 x 60 meters in one set. Add 2x60 meters equals 120 meters total distance per set.

400 – 600m total distance per session is 2x60 meters in one set equals 120 meters. Four (4) sets times 120 meters equals 480 meters total distance per session.
