Coach: First I want to thank you for your workouts for sprinters. It helped. The 4x800, 4x400, and 4x100 as well as the 100 meters and 200 meters sprinters qualified for State. I have some sprinters who want to start working out now in preparation for the season that starts in mid- January. What should I have them do in addition to the weight training to get them ready but not burn them out or peak them too early.

Thanks for your help Coach!

I was wondering what you meant by continuous run.
