Yes my name is Ian Olson I am going to Cowley County Community College as a decathlete I was wandering if someone could set me up with a good weight training and conditioning program.

It all depends on the level on which you want to compete or have competed. What are your PB's?
How much training did you do until now and for how long?
What's your goal?
