Sprint Training Throughout the Season

I am a high school coach at a private school with limited time to practice and compete in indoor and outdoor meets. We practice Jan 26 to June 4, 2004 with 2 weeks spring break.

How can I keep the team ready with a 2 week break during the season? What is the best way to coach the block starts? Also, how should I coach the 4x100 4x200 and 4x400 relays?

I would appreciate all the help I can get.
