Creatine

Post by Mantvydas »

This winter I tried Creatine Monohydrate from Universal company and saw that my speed improved. I want to use it this summer. What do you think about it? How should I use it? Maybe there is a better thing for me to use?

I run 110m hurdles, I am 18. My country federation made changes so I have to run over 1.067m hurdles with adults now. Last year I ran over 0.914m.

I am from Lithuania.

Coaches in the United States receive directives from site administrators not to promote supplements of any kind. If coaches give athletes recommendations, schools and institutions are at risk and schools or institutions can be held liable.

I cannot make a recommendation because it is against the guidelines of our country’s athletic institutions.

I thought that creatine is not doping. You may answer to my e-mail:

No, it's not considered doping, but those of us associated with high schools and colleges generally do not direct athletes towards specific supplements but rather to sound nutritional practices featuring whole food sources.
